Recruiting Coordinator (2018 & 2019 graduates)
Why we need you:
The Recruiting Coordination team handles the interviews for all of our US candidates, from Engineering to Sales. Box is growing quickly and that means we have a lot of interviews happening across the business. We're excited to bring on a new Recruiting Coordinator to join our team of seven and help us build the future of Box!
What you'll do:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will own and drive interview scheduling for both in-person and virtual interviews. You'll work directly with our candidates, our recruiters, and our hiring teams to plan, coordinate, and schedule a seamless interview process. You'll be the first face for candidates who interview on-site and responsible for delivering a great candidate experience. This directly impacts whether or not our candidates choose to come to Box!
In addition to your responsibilities around interviews, you will be part of a team that owns the entire candidate experience and will pick up additional projects to improve this experience and our efficiency. You'll learn the entire recruiting process and build fundamental skills in recruiting and project management. At Box, we care about developing our people. Who you are:
- Recently graduated with your bachelor's degree. (All majors are welcome!)
- Organized, with great attention to detail. Whether it's checklists, maps, or sticky notes, you have a system to keep track of everything.
- Proactive. When you need to get an answer, you're walking down the halls, tracking down the information. You can work independently in ambiguous situations and ask the right questions to get your work done.
- A people person. And proud of it! You love building relationships. You've worked in customer facing roles, and you've always delivered an amazing experience. Even with difficult customers.
- Driven. This is an entry-level role. We'll teach you everything you need to know about coordination and university recruiting, as long as you're excited to learn and grow in this role and onto the next role.
