Intern Responsibilities:  
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists to gather specification and resolve design issues
• General knowledge in understanding of compound semiconductor (preferably SiC)
• Proactive at problem identification and solution
• Good reporting/documentation skills/ interpersonal/communication skills
• Confident in use of computer tools for data analysis, process automation and data acquisition
• Comfortable with precision measurement methods and systems
• Ability to read and understand process procedures
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures closely while offering suggestions for continuous improvement
• Microsoft Office Skills
• ITAR compliance requirement: Individual must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
